Men's Golf Events 2011

Stuart Ferris Kickoff Tournament:
Saturday, May 28 (Scramble). Rain date:
Sunday, May 29. Cookout and Awards to follow.
Opening day of Men’s Golf. Golfers will receive entry by
mail, or call the Club or Kax for a copy.

Saturday Morning:
Everyone welcome beginning on June 4.
Be at the Club no later than 8:15 am.
We tee-off at 8:30 and those who have not arrived
by 8:15 will miss their chance to be assigned to a team.
The entry fee is $2, plus $4 for men who do not own a cart.

Men’s 9-Hole Golf Group:
Wednesdays, 2:00 beginning June 8.

Men’s Foxwell Team Golf:
Thursdays, 8:30 June 30 through August 11.

The 33nd Annual Kelley Tournament:
Saturday, June 25. The 33nd play of this
Annual Two-Ball Team Tournament. Get a partner and
sign up at the Pro Shop. Entry fee is $3. Medal play, full
handicap with gross and net prizes. If you need a
partner, check with Frank Leary.

Beat the Pro Day:
Saturday, July 9. This will be part of the regular Saturday
morning golf. We will draw teams as usual, with individual
play against the Pro. Entry fee is $3 (charged to account).

Al Linton Seniors Tournament:
Saturday, July 16. The tournament, for golfers aged 65+,
will be combined with the regular Saturday Men’s Golf.

Jim Flanagan Tournament:
Sunday, July 17. Eighteen-hole Alternate Shot format.
Followed by cocktails and dinner.

Men’s Member-Guest Golf & Luncheon:
Saturday, July 30, 8:30 Shotgun
Invite a guest for Golf and Luncheon (order off the Grille)!

T. Charlton Henry & Isaac Merrill Tournaments:
Individual Medal, Gross and Net Trophies. Play 36 holes
Friday-Sunday; August 5, 6 & 7, with an 18 hole playoff if necessary.
Sign up at the Pro Shop. If you need a fellow competitor,
check with Frank Leary.

Men’s Luncheon Day Golf:
Tuesday, August 16. Entry fee is $3, plus $2 for men who don’t own a cart.

Men’s Match Play Tournament:
Individual match play at 80% of handicap. Sign up by
Saturday, June 25, for seeding. Play will begin Wednesday,
June 29, and will be completed by Friday, August 19. You must
play each match within the time allotted or you and/or
the match will be forfeited.
